SCS has been offering enrollment opportunities to International students since 2004. Students from around the globe have been an important part of our school community. Their insights, cultural expressions, and perspectives have deeply enriched our school’s culture. It is our goal for our International Students to be fully integrated into the school in terms of language, curriculum, and extracurricular activities.
Some of our international students reside with host families; others live with their relatives in Bakersfield and the surrounding areas of Kern County. Host families are a regular part of Stockdale Christian School’s community, and together with their international students, learn about each other’s cultures and establish lifelong friendships.
