TUITION

Grades K-5	$9,695.00
Grades 6 - 8	$10,265.00

Annual Tuition divided into 11 monthly payments July-May.

Late fee: Monthly payments are due on the 1^st of each month. A $35.00 late fee will be assessed if the payment is received after 4:00pm on the 15^th day of the month. Accounts past 30 days may result in the student being removed from classes until the balance is paid in full.

Tuition Payment Options:

•  Monthly Payment

Tuition can be paid in 11 equal payments July through May.

•  Annual Payment

100% of net tuition and fees due on or before July 1^st and will receive a 2% discount.*

• Semi-Annual Payment

50% of net tuition due on or before July 1^st and 50% due on or before December 1^st will receive a 1% discount. ½ is applied on first semester, and ½ is applied on 2^nd semester.*

* Discounts cannot be combined with other discounts such as financial aid or sibling discount. The largest discount will be applied and your invoice adjusted accordingly.

Discounts:

Only one discount may be applied to the financial contract. The school will review all eligible discounts (multi-student, annual, semi-annual, church discount, or tuition assistance) and will apply the single discount that provides the greatest benefit.

• Multiple student discount:

The discount is calculated based on the highest tuition rate to the lowest tuition rate of students in the family. Multiple students are eligible for a 5% tuition discount per additional student.

• Multiple campus discount:

This discount is for families who have a student enrolled at SCS and BCHS. A discount of 5% will be applied to the tuition rate of the student enrolled at SCS and a 5% discount will be applied to the tuition rate of the student rolled at BCHS. If there is more than one child enrolled at either campus, the multiple student discount may be applied to the additional student.

Tuition Refund Schedule:

Semester One

• Prior to July 1 – 100% refund of first semester tuition (minus non-refundable registration fee)
• July 1 to 1^st Day of School – 75% refund of first semester tuition
• 2^nd Day of school to October 1 – 50% refund of first semester tuition
• After October 1 – 0% refund of the first semester tuition

Semester Two

• Prior to December 1 – 100% refund of second semester tuition
• December 1 to January 6 – 75% refund of second semester tuition
• January 7 to March 1 – 50% refund of second semester tuition
• After March 1 – 0% refund of the second semester tuition

 

Incidental Fees

Lunch Rates:
Lunches are non-refundable.

Kindergarten-2nd grade: $7.50 per lunch
3rd-8th grade: $8.00 per lunch

6th-8th Grade Tech Fee:
$400.00 device fee

Sports Participation Fee:
Athletic Registration Fee: $150 per sport (Volleyball, Football, and Basketball)
Track & Field Registration Fee: $25
Golf Registration Fee: $65

Volleyball and Football are offered in the fall. Basketball is offered in the winter. Girls Football, track and golf are offered in the spring.

Piano Studio Fees:
Piano Studio Registration Fee: $150 per school year
Private Lessons: $125-$260 per lesson

Band Fees:
Beginning Band Registration Fee: $400 per school year
Concert Band Registration Fee: $500 per school year
Jazz Band Registration Fee: $250 per school year

Instrument Rental Fee: $150 per school year

Please note: All students participating in band are required to be enrolled in private music lessons. Private lesson fees are separate from other instrumental music fees and are paid September-May. Lessons are 45 minutes in length and are held on the SCS campus.

Student Service Fees for 2026-2027

The Student Services Program is for all students in K-8 grade who arrive on campus before 8:00 am or are on campus 15 minutes after their grade level dismissal time.  State law requires adult supervision of all students at all times when on campus. In order to provide adequate staff during these hours, it is necessary for parents to sign up if they plan to use this program on a regular basis.  Please note that those picking up students must show personal identification and must sign the child(ren) out the using our kiosk system. 

Charges for Student Services are billed annually or daily. Annual charges are billed the first of each month; July - May.

FAMILY WITH ONE STUDENT	$4,510

Daily Rate: $30.00 per student for 7 am to 8 am and 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm (not on annual rate contract).

AM Drop-in Rate: $8.00 per student for 7 am to 8 am.

PM Drop-in Rate: $22.00 per student for 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

Late Fee: Students on campus after 5:30 pm will be charged a minimum of $5.00 for the first five minutes and $1.00 per minute thereafter. This amount will be charged to your account.

Withdrawal Policy: When withdrawing a student before the end of the school year, the school must receive a two-week advance written notification. Please refer to the tuition refund schedule.

Tuition Assistance: Families interested in applying for need-based tuition assistance can apply online via the FACTS tuition portal. SCS begins awarding tuition assistance early each spring and continues until the available funds have been exhausted.
