Late fee: Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month. A $35.00 late fee will be assessed if the payment is received after 4:00 pm on the 15th day of the month. Accounts past 30 days may result in the student being removed from classes until the balance is paid in full.
Tuition Payment Options: Tuition can be paid in full prior to August 1st or an 11 month payment plan can be established which begins in August and is completed with a payment in June. The payment plan divides the total annual tuition amount into 11 equal payments (August through June) and is not dependent on whether or not school is in session within those 11 months. These 11 installments will be paid online through FACTS Tuition Management and are due on the 1st of each month.
Tuition Refund Policy – Full Pay:
- 100% refund if student is withdrawn 10 business days before the first day of school.
- 75% refund if student is withdrawn at any point during the first quarter of the year.
- 50% discount if student is withdrawn at any point during the second quarter of the year.
- No refund if student is withdrawn at any point during the 3rd and 4th quarters of the year.
Multiple student discount: The discount is calculated based on the highest tuition rate to the lowest tuition rate of students in the family and includes students enrolled in SCS 5 Day/Full Day Preschool and K-8 grades. *Preschool students enrolled in half-day programs or less than 5 days per week are not included in the multiple-student discount program nor eligible for tuition assistance.
(Multiple students are eligible for a 5% tuition discount per student)
Bakersfield First Assembly (BFA) members: receive a 15% discount.
To qualify for the BFA member discount, at least one parent must regularly attend church services at BFA, be in good standing, and financially support BFA. (verified by the church business office.)
