Meet Kelly Grimm
SCS Class of 2003
Kelly Grimm graduated from Stockdale Christian in 2003 and earned a degree in Agricultural and Environmental Plant Sciences from Cal Poly. She spent nearly a decade working in nonprofit education serving as Executive Director of the Edible Schoolyard Kern County. Kelly currently serves on the board at Bakersfield Christian High School. She and her husband, Bryan, have been married for three years and enjoy life in Bakersfield with their two black labs, Maverick and Mojo, and their cat, Miso. They love spending time with family and traveling together.
The passion the teachers showed day in and day out through their actions and talking and teaching about Christ were essential in my walk with the Lord. We memorized verses and songs that talked about the Lord and His goodness. Those verses and songs still occupy my mind and are beautiful reminders when I am praising the Lord or going through a tough time.

Can you Share a favorite Memory?
“One of my favorite memories was my mom stepping in to coach the 5th grade B volleyball team. We were defeated that season, but had the best time learning the game and giggled our way through the season!”
How did your education at SCS help build the foundation for a lifelong relationship with Christ?
